Kim Foster - President Kim Foster is President and Chairman of the Board of Foster Benefit Resources and was married for 30 years to Stan Foster, company founder and longtime president. Kim received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Marketing from The University of Texas in Arlington. She has been a member of the Foster Benefit Resources Board since 2000. She has been actively involved in the company since its inception in 1990. She joined Foster Benefit Resources shortly after earning her Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (Dallas Chapter) and both a member/President's Cabinet with the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (Dallas Chapter). Larry French - Member, Board of Advisors Larry French currently serves on the Foster Benefit Resources Board of Advisors. Mr. French previously served as Executive Vice President of Foster Benefit Resources. As a Board member, Mr. French brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience to the company that includes developing and managing 21 HMO/PPO programs in 18 states. Mr. French previously served as a senior sales associate with Hartford Life. He serves on the Board of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters and the Dallas Citizens Police Review Board. Lisa Gajdica - VP of Operations Lisa Gajdica holds the position of VP of Operations and Secretary-Treasurer for Foster Benefit Resources. Mrs. Gajdica began her career in the insurance industry with Foster Benefit Resources in 1995. As VP of Operations, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. In her role as Secretary/Treasurer for the company, Mrs. Gajdica is responsible for the company's finance and administration functions, including payroll, tax and treasury. Mrs. Gajdica holds a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. Isabel Santos - Director of Administration, Isabel Santos is the Director of Administration. She has been with Foster Benefits for 9 years. As director of administration, she supervises the administrative staff and oversees the account management of all small and large group business. Isabel is proficient in Spanish. SALES Rachele Posey, Senior Marketing Representative Rachele began her insurance sales career in 1996 with senior health managed care products while residing in Tulsa, Ok. After moving back to Texas, she became knowledgeable in group health products where she managed the production and retention of accounts at a reputable brokerage. She reentered the sales arena in 2004 and has continued to work with small and large group accounts. With experience in management and sales, Rachele comes back to Foster Benefit Resources with knowledge from multiple perspectives for our clients. She has been married to her husband Kip for 18 years and has a beautiful teenage daughter, Sara, and a handsome pre-teen son, Reece. They all enjoy golf individually and as a family. Jodi Green, Marketing Representative Jodi Green began her insurance career in Oklahoma City in 2000 as a property and casualty representative. After moving to Dallas in 2001, she worked as a property and casualty/life and health sales representative and office manager for a local broker. Jodi has a strong knowledge of carrier products, having been licensed in the state of Texas since 2001. She is committed to customer satisfaction. She is a current member of Dallas Association of Health Underwriters, and brings with her a good understanding of what our agents want and need from us in order to grow their business. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF June Wilson, Senior Account Executive Process new business cases and service in-force accounts. Over 25 years experience in the Health Insurance Industry Completed two years at the University of New Orleans. Accomplishments include Group 1 Health & Life license, and Secretary for two years for the Association of Life and Health Administrators (ALHA). Jennifer Davis, Account Executive I began my career in the insurance industry right here at Foster Benefit Resources in October of 2001. I have held many different positions and worn many different hats over the years at FBR which perfectly suits me for Account Executive processing new business cases and servicing agents existing business. I did have two short breaks from my career; one in 2008 to focus on being a full time Mom and the second in 2009 when my family moved to beautiful Washington State. I am extremely happy and blessed to be back in Texas and a part of the Foster Benefit Resources family again! I truly enjoy my life as a wife and mother to 3 children and 2 min-pins. I love to read, spend time with family & friends and pretend that I like to cook. Berta Blankenship, Senior Renewal Account Executive Proud mother of 3 little ladies Kristina, Jessie, Monica, and one grandson Kobe Alexander born 04/19/01, am married to a wonderful man named Michael. Over 7 years experience in the Health & Life Industry and am bilingual in Spanish. Handle renewals and audits. Erica Kite, Renewal Account Executive I joined Foster Benefit Resources, Inc. in January 2007 and hold a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident & Health License. I studied corporate communication, public affairs, and psychology and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University. I handle the pre and post renewal process internally for FBR. Sabrina Nickens, Commission Analyst, Account Executive I joined FBR in January 2004. I am currently responsible for posting and reconciling FBR's commissions. I have been married to a wonderful man named Kevin since 1996. We have 3 children, Lindsey, Courtney and Zachary. Amy Wilson, Customer Service Representative I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Sociology. I have worked with many non-profit agencies before joining Foster Benefit Resources in 2009. I am responsible for processing all small group quotes for 2-50 lives. I love to read and spend time with my family. Lauren Logan, Administrative Assistant I studied Sociology and English and received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mississippi. Happy to be back in my home state of Texas, I am currently working towards a Master's Degree in public relations and business here in Dallas. I started with Foster Benefits in October, 2010.
