Kim Foster - President
Kim Foster is President and Chairman of the Board of Foster Benefit Resources and was married for 30 years to Stan Foster, company founder and longtime president. She has been a member of the Foster Benefit Resources Board since 2000. She has been actively involved in the company since its inception in 1990. She joined Foster Benefit Resources shortly after earning her Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. She is currently a member of both the Texas Association of Health Underwriters and the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters.
Larry French - Member, Board of Advisors
Larry French currently serves on the Foster Benefit Resources Board of Advisors. Mr. French previously served as Executive Vice President of Foster Benefit Resources. As a Board member, Mr. French brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience to the company that includes developing and managing 21 HMO/PPO programs in 18 states. Mr. French previously served as a senior sales associate with Hartford Life. He serves on the Board of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters and the Dallas Citizens Police Review Board.
Lisa Gajdica - General Manager
Lisa Gajdica holds the position of General Manager and Secretary/Treasurer for Foster Benefit Resources. Mrs. Gajdica began her career in the insurance industry with Foster Benefit Resources and has been with the company for 14 years. As general manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and is responsible for all technology and corporate services for the company, including licensing and commissions. In her role as Secretary/Treasurer for the company, Gajdica is responsible for the company's finance and administration functions, including payroll, tax and treasury. Mrs. Gajdica holds a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License.
Isabel Santos - Director of Administration, I have been in the health insurance industry for 7 years and joined the FBR team in 2001. I am proficient in Spanish and have experience with small and large accounts. I currently manage the administrative staff along with other responsibilities. Happily married to Fernando and blessed with my son Andy.

Lea Webb, Marketing Representative Lea Webb started in the insurance industry in 1998 working as an Account Executive for individual life and continued working in the life and retirement products until 2004. She then starting working for an area carrier in Employee Benefits as a Marketing Consultant and Sold Case Coordinator for approximately 3 years before joining Foster Benefit Resource. Lea has her Group One license in the state of Texas. She spends her spare time with her boyfriend David and her friends and family.
Kevin Kittrell, Marketing Representative
Kevin Kittrell holds the position of Marketig Representative for the Fort Worth territory. He has been in the employee benefit field since 1988. During that time, he has held various roles in underwriting, account management and sales. He brings experience in the areas of small business, middle market as well as the self-funded arena. Kevin has previously worked for UnitedHealthcare as a sales representative in the small business segment as well as a Third Party Administrator in Fort Worth. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and he and his family live in Fort Worth.

Erica Foster, Account Executive
I joined Foster Benefit Resources, Inc. in January 2007 and hold a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident & Health License. I studied corporate communication, public affairs, and psychology and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University. I currently process new business cases and service in-force groups.
Jennifer Davis, Account Executive
I have been in the health insurance industry for 7 years and initially joined FBR in 2001, but recently took 18 months off to be a stay at home Mom. I currently process new small group business and service existing business. Happily married to Joe and blessed with three beautiful children Darian, Lainey and Drew.

Nikole Lewis, Administrative Assistant Nikole joined FBR in 2008 after beginning her career as an Administrative Assistant and gaining over 5 years of health insurance knowledge. She's worked with over 40 different carriers and specialized in quoting. She has a beautiful baby boy named Hayden born September 7, 2006.
