Kim Foster - President
Kim Foster is President and Chairman of the Board of Foster Benefit Resources and was married for 30 years to Stan Foster, company founder and longtime president. Kim received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Marketing from The University of Texas in Arlington. She has been a member of the Foster Benefit Resources Board since 2000. She has been actively involved in the company since its inception in 1990. She joined Foster Benefit Resources shortly after earning her Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (Dallas Chapter) and HUPAC Capitol Club. She also serves on the TAHU Honorees Board.
Lisa Gajdica - VP of Operations
Lisa Gajdica holds the position of VP of Operations and Secretary-Treasurer for Foster Benefit Resources. Mrs. Gajdica began her career in the insurance industry with Foster Benefit Resources in 1995. As VP of Operations, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. In her role as Secretary/Treasurer for the company, Mrs. Gajdica is responsible for the company's finance and administration functions, including payroll, tax and treasury. Mrs. Gajdica holds a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License.
Trent Walker, Vice President of Sales
Foster Benefit Resources would like to welcome Trent Walker in his new role as Vice President of Sales. Trent is a Dallas native and attended Southern Methodist University after graduating high school in the Dallas area. He began his insurance career with Northwestern Mutual in 2007 in the individual market. In 2008, Trent joined UnitedHealthcare as a group sales executive where he spent 7 1/2 years building relationships with his brokers and earning Pinnacle status two of those years. After a short stay with Baylor Scott & White, soon after the health plan opened business in the North Texas market, Trent joined Foster Benefit Resources to continue our history of success fostering relationships with our brokers and carriers.
Caroline Pace, Senior Marketing Representative
Caroline was raised in Dallas, TX. Attended Ursuline Academy and received her BA in Finance from Texas Tech University. She worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer and took some time off to raise her four children. She holds a Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health License and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (Dallas Chapter). I am thrilled to be at Foster Benefit Resources, a great experienced team to work with.
Margaret Reedy, Marketing Representative
Margaret Reedy began working in the insurance industry with an agency specializing in servicing financial institutions and holds a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. She has a B.A. in Communications from Illinois State University and after graduating moved from the Chicago area to Dallas. She has two grown children, one in Dallas and one in her junior year in college. Her interests include cooking, travel and reading, also she is a big sports enthusiast, an avid golfer and an active member of the Dallas Chapter of the Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA). Margaret is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (Ft. Worth Chapter).
Sabrina Nickens, Sales Coordinator
I joined FBR in January 2004 and hold a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. I process large group quotes/new business and support the Marketing Representatives. I have been married to a wonderful man named Kevin since 1996. We have 3 children, Lindsey, Courtney and Zachary.
Jennifer Davis, Account Executive
I began my career in the insurance industry right here at Foster Benefit Resources in October of 2001 and hold a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. I have held many different positions and worn many different hats over the years at FBR which perfectly suits me for Account Executive processing new business cases and servicing agents existing business. I did have two short breaks from my career; one in 2008 to focus on being a full time Mom and the second in 2009 when my family moved to beautiful Washington State. I am extremely happy and blessed to be back in Texas and a part of the Foster Benefit Resources family again! I truly enjoy my life as a wife and mother to 3 children and 2 min-pins. I love to read, spend time with family & friends and pretend that I like to cook.
Monica Sifuentez, Account Executive
I first started working at Foster Benefit Resources while I was still attending High School, as a seasonal employee. I have always enjoyed working here, it's more of a big family coming together every day. I was glad to join FBR full-time as a Customer Service Representative in January 2013 and then an Account Coordinator in October 2014. In April 2015, I accepted a position as an Account Executive. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me here. I hold a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. On my free time, I love to read, cook, be active, and spend time with my lovely family and friends!

I have lived in Texas my whole life and I am very close to my family and enjoy spending my time with them as much as possible.
