OUR DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS MANAGEMENT Kim Foster - President Kim Foster is President and Chairman of the Board of Foster Benefit Resources and was married for 30 years to Stan Foster, company founder and longtime president. She has been a member of the Foster Benefit Resources Board since 2000. She has been actively involved in the company since its inception in 1990. She joined Foster Benefit Resources shortly after earning her Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. She is currently a member of both the Texas Association of Health Underwriters and the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters. Larry French - Member, Board of Advisors Larry French currently serves on the Foster Benefit Resources Board of Advisors. Mr. French previously served as Executive Vice President of Foster Benefit Resources. As a Board member, Mr. French brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience to the company that includes developing and managing 21 HMO/PPO programs in 18 states. Mr. French previously served as a senior sales associate with Hartford Life. He serves on the Board of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters and the Dallas Citizens Police Review Board. Lisa Gajdica - VP of Operations Lisa Gajdica holds the position of VP of Operations and Secretary-Treasurer for Foster Benefit Resources. Mrs. Gajdica began her career in the insurance industry with Foster Benefit Resources and has been with the company for 14 years. As VP of Operations, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and is responsible for all technology and corporate services for the company, including licensing and commissions. In her role as Secretary/Treasurer for the company, Gajdica is responsible for the company's finance and administration functions, including payroll, tax and treasury. Mrs. Gajdica holds a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident and Health License. Isabel Santos - Director of Administration, Isabel Santos is the Director of Administration. She has been with Foster Benefits for 9 years. As director of administration, she supervises the administrative staff and oversees the account management of all small and large group business. Isabel is proficient in Spanish. SALES Rachele Posey, Regional Sales Manager Rachele began her insurance sales career in 1996 with senior health managed care products while residing in Tulsa, Ok. After moving back to Texas, she became knowledgeable in group health products where she managed the production and retention of accounts at a reputable brokerage. She reentered the sales arena in 2004 and has continued to work with small and large group accounts. With experience in management and sales, Rachele comes back to Foster Benefit Resources with knowledge from multiple perspectives for our clients. She has been married to her husband Kip for 18 years and has a beautiful teenage daughter, Sara, and a handsome pre-teen son, Reece. They all enjoy golf individually and as a family. Lorraine Tune, Marketing Representative Lorraine Tune began her insurance career in 2004 as an account manager for a broker in San Antonio, TX. Working with all aspects of individual and group health, but specializing in 2-99 life groups, Lorraine has held her Group One license since 2005. Since moving to Dallas in 2007, Lorraine has worked on the carrier side, is an active member of Hispanic Women's Network of Texas, Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce & FWAHU. Lorraine brings extensive product knowledge, a customer service attitude as well as fluency in Spanish to Foster Benefit Resources. Lorraine resides in Dallas and has been happily married since January 2008 to her wonderful husband Michael. Jodi Green, Marketing Representative Jodi Green began her insurance career in Oklahoma City in 2000 as a property and casualty representative. After moving to Dallas in 2001, she worked as a property and casualty/life and health sales representative and office manager for a local broker. Jodi has a strong knowledge of carrier products, having been licensed in the state of Texas since 2001. She is committed to customer satisfaction. She is a current member of Dallas Association of Health Underwriters, and brings with her a good understanding of what our agents want and need from us in order to grow their business. Erica Foster, Account Executive I joined Foster Benefit Resources, Inc. in January 2007 and hold a Texas General Lines-Life, Accident & Health License. I studied corporate communication, public affairs, and psychology and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University. I currently process new business cases and service in-force groups. Berta Blankenship, Senior Renewal Account Executive Proud mother of 3 little ladies Kristina, Jessie, Monica, and one grandson Kobe Alexander born 04/19/01, am married to a wonderful man named Michael.
